Welcome to my website. A Little Adult is a personal experiment in embracing my vulnerabilities and sharing them for all the world to see.
For too long I have kept certain parts of my personality hidden – those parts considered ugly, repulsive, weak or shameful. Instead, I have only shown the acceptable face to the world – attractive, compliant, helpful, successful, good.
As long as I neglect and deny those parts of my self that I once considered shameful, I will never experience the true potential of myself as a person, and will continue to damage my own mental health.
The building of this site and the creation & sharing of content on it are an important step on this journey of self-recognition, as I learn to embrace all the sides of my self.
